In October 2009 we started our series of events – film presentations and discussions.

In the first meeting the documentary „Zwyczajny faszyzm“ (1965) was presented by Michaił Romm. This classic propaganda movie consists of fragments of Hitler chronicles, that were reassembled and commented by the producer and author. Michaił Romm raises the question, how fascism did develop and how was it propagated; why did the idea of a fascist Germany attracted so many people?

„Zwyczajny faszyzm“ received the special award at the VII International Festival for Documentaries and Animation Movies Leipzig (DOK Leipzig).

The presentation and discussion is public; everybody interested is welcome.
